🎀 Excerpt from the book [The Exhibition of Women]

Shaykha Ni'māt Sidqi رحمها الله said:

"It is difficult for the carefree woman to hide her artificial beauty.

Nothing hurts her more than not being able to seduce people with her charms and elegance, and waiting impatiently for words of approval from simpletons delights and delights her.

Even more astonishing is to see educated and enlightened women, graduates of universities with the highest ranks, neglecting the order of Allah, rejecting the veil, and allowing themselves what their Lord has forbidden them.

She disdains His anger, deliberately stubborn in following his desires.

"And who is more astray than he who follows his desire without guidance from Allah? Allah, verily, guides not the wrongdoing people."

Woe to that educated woman who is ignorant, unable to disobey her own desires, neglecting to disobey her Creator and Master.

She hears the verses of Allah and understands His clear commandment regarding modesty and concealment, but persists in her ostentatious behavior, as if she had heard nothing.

"Woe to every great deceiver who sins! He hears the verses of Allah recited to him and then persists in his pride, as if he had never heard them. So announce to him a painful punishment."
𝒮𝑜𝓊𝓇𝒶𝓉𝑒 𝒜𝓁-𝒥𝒶𝒶𝓉𝒾𝓎𝒶𝒽, 𝓋𝑒𝓇𝓈𝑒𝓉 𝟽-𝟾.

Or does she believe that Allah has given her the choice in His laws according to her own desires?

She chooses what pleases her and disobeys what does not please her, as if she were in a market, selecting what suits her whims and leaving aside what does not.
